RAVN Security is run by one person. That is the whole point.
I built systems before I broke them. The years as a developer taught me what production code looks like when nobody is watching. The exceptions. The shortcuts. The integration that was going to be replaced and never was.
Then I changed sides. First at one of the largest consultancies in the Nordics, then at one of its foremost penetration testing firms. Hundreds of pentests later, I recognise the same systems from the other direction.
Two things made me start my own. The first was price. A traditional pentest is sold in consultant hours, and it is the hours that make it something only the largest can afford to do regularly. Everyone else tests once, or never. An agent does the groundwork at machine speed and moves that line.
The second was pace. The models get better every month, and attackers change their methods just as quickly. Alone, I can keep up. No central decision, no procurement round, no methodology committee. If something significant lands on a Monday, I am testing with it on Tuesday.
RAVN Security is built on that. What actually counts as a finding is still decided by a person, and that person is named in the report. Judgement is the one thing that cannot be automated.
