Terms of service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms govern how you use ravnsec.com as a website. They are not the engagement agreement for a penetration test — that is a separate, signed quote you receive on its own.
RAVN Security is a trading name of JBANORDIC (org. no. 199312274658). JBANORDIC is the party you enter into an agreement with by using the website — which is why the text below says JBANORDIC.
What these terms cover
The terms below cover visiting and using the website — reading the content, requesting a quote, filling in forms. They do not govern the penetration test itself: an engagement's scope, price and liability are set out in a separate, signed agreement per project.
Acceptable use
You may use the website to read its content and contact us about an engagement. You may not:
- scrape or bulk-download content using automated tools
- test, scan or otherwise attempt to identify vulnerabilities in the website without a separate, written agreement to do so
- submit false or misleading information in a quote request or a scoping form
Content and intellectual property
The text, design and sample reports on the website belong to JBANORDIC or are licensed to us. You may read and link to the content, but not copy or republish it without permission.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit in a quote request or a form. How we process it is described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
The content on the website, including the sample report, is informational and does not guarantee what a penetration test of your own systems would find. Actual deliverables, liability and warranties for an engagement are governed by the separate agreement you sign before testing begins.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website working, but make no guarantee that it is always available or error-free. We may change or remove content without notice. This does not affect an ongoing engagement, which is governed by its own agreement.
Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
